Heres a lil intro on myself cause theres really no other place for it.
Name is Josh currently an 11B E-4 wit the 101st CAB.
Currently in the 'stan,with hopefully only a few more months left.
Realized Id have some down time and decided to go after a dream
of flying,so back in Apr. 08 I started my course on becoming a WO Aviator.
Turned my packet in at the end of July and am currently awaiting to hear
from the WO Selection Board in Sept.

If you dont mind me asking, what did you submit? (AFAST / APFT scores, resume highlights, etc...)

Working within the Pathfinder Co for 101st CAB,ive had extensive training
with the helicopters themselves such as FRIES,DART,Personnel Recovery, etc
etc.Plus a few actual DART/PR missions in theater,im hoping that'll throw me
a few points in the right direction.
No NCO courses like BNCOC or WLC but I got Airborne/Air Assault/CLS that might account for something you never know.
I also have a background within Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering,no degree
but I did have a paid internship which I made sure to include some info on.
Also currently taking classes with Embry Riddle.
No UCMJ


Hopefully that'll be enough to set me above the rest of the Junior Enlisted that apply but theres always someone better.
